REFUND POLICY
Refund and Return Policy - Bluemagic Patrons
At Bluemagic Patrons, we endeavor to meet our clients’ needs and expectations. Considering the nature of our products, returns and refunds are conducted with the utmost respect, confidentiality, and legally compliant procedures.
Return Eligibility
As per the EU cooling off period, requests for returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for orders within the European Union, provided they are eligible.
In order to qualify:
- The item must remain in its original and unused condition.
- The item must be verbatim in the original container and include proof of payment, otherwise known as receipt.
We cannot accept returns of:
- Used or opened items.
- Perishable or consumable cannabis goods.
- Any discounted or promotional items.
How to Request a Return
To begin the process of returning the item:

- State your order number, the item or items, as well as the rationale for their return.
Returns executed without prior discussion will not be entertained.
Pay attention: We will provide our return location after approval, since we do not handle returns to addresses in the U.S.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order once it arrives. If your product is:

• An incorrect item was sent

Refunds
After your return has been received and inspected, you can expect the following:

Your bank or payment provider may take longer than expected to process the refund.

For those of you who are located in the EU, you legally have the absolute right to cancel and return your order for any reason within a fourteen days period, given the item passes our eligibility guidelines.
